Eric J. Connors, CLU, ChFC
Wealth Advisor, LPL Registered Principal
Rick is native to the Lehigh Valley having grown up in Bethlehem. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and planned to continue his education by attending law school. Rick, however, became intrigued by the concept of comprehensive financial planning which was then developing as a new profession. In 1973, he contracted with Connecticut General entering an extensive 3-year educational training program to introduce this new concept to closely-held and family owned businesses and professional practices. After 10 years, he formed a partnership trading as Budman and Connors Associates that eventually became E.J. Connors Associates upon the retirement of Mr. Budman. Rick is happily married to Debbie for 46 years having 4 children and 13 grandchildren ages 7 through 25. Outside of Rick’s continuing education, professional training and service to so many good folks for 45 years, he has also invested his life to nurture a strong family unit and to cheerfully fulfill many leadership responsibilities within his local church since 1975. He enjoys outdoor activities, regular exercise and spending some “peaceful” time on the lake in Canada with his grandkids baiting hooks, losing lures, untangling fishing lines and camping under the stars …. making precious memories.
