Diane Rice

Director of Client Services (Sellersville)

Diane has worked in the financial services field since 1996 and in our Sellersville office since 2018. Her role as Director of Client Services includes greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments with advisors, compliance communications, general office and other administrative tasks which help to meet client needs. Her customer service background helps her to support both the advisors and clients.

 Diane is a proud mom and grandmom. Spending time with family and friends is very important to her. She has been a member of the Upper Bucks Sertoma Club for over 15 years and is currently serving as secretary. She is very active in her church with special events and serving on church council. In addition to spending time with family, her favorite pastimes are spending time outdoors gardening, going for long walks and traveling with friends.

I worked closely with someone who acted with great integrity and put great customer service at the top of her list. She consistently returned phone calls promptly, was on time for appointments and showed client’s respect. Assisting clients in a patient and understanding manner was important to her. She was always honest with her clients, even when she knew that it was not the answer they were expecting or wanted to hear. I am so glad to work with the staff and advisors at IWP that have the same values.
