Director of Operations

Prior to becoming a founding member of Integrity Wealth Partners, Joe built a diverse leadership background across education, sports management, retail, restaurant, and ministry. In 2015, when Scott approached him with the idea of launching an independent financial advisory firm—one that puts clients’ interests and goals above corporate agendas—Joe knew it was a mission worth dedicating himself to.

As Director of Operations, Joe is committed to developing and refining the internal processes and procedures that define the Integrity Wealth Partners client experience. His focus is on creating a seamless, engaging journey for clients—one that inspires trust and confidence, especially during times of financial transition and major life events.

Joe’s commitment to building strong foundations stems from a pivotal moment in his previous career. Two years after leaving a school where he had served as the sixth soccer coach in six years, the headmaster called him—cheers echoing in the background—to share that the Boys Varsity Soccer team had just defeated their longtime rival to advance to the state playoffs. When Joe took over, the team hadn’t had a winning record since 1992. By introducing new standards and systems, he helped set the program on a path to excellence. Although he left before seeing the full results, that phone call was a powerful reminder that consistent, hard work pays off—even if you aren’t there to witness the outcome.  A lesson he was taught by his father growing up.

Outside the office, Joe finds joy in the outdoors and is proud to call the Lehigh Valley home. You may pass by him biking, kayaking or finding dirt roads along eastern Pennsylvania’s scenic trails and waterways as he loves spending time in nature with his wife and three children.
